Hailing from Jambin, this exceptional stud captured the attention and secured the top spot at the auction, making waves in the event’s history. Ron and Grace Harriman of GI Brahman Stud in Muttaburra made the noteworthy purchase, signaling the industry’s immense value and demand for superior Brahman genetics.
Auctioneer Josh Heck from Savage Barker and Backhouse hailed Clukan Axel 333/7 as an outstanding bull that was challenging to fault, noting its polled nature, sturdy bone structure, and remarkable body depth. Heck expressed surprise at the exceptional prices and emphasized the overall high quality of the Brahman cattle presented at the sale, indicating a growing market interest and appreciation for top-tier Brahman genetics.
