June 30, 2021The governor of Tamaulipas, Francisco Javier Cabeza de Vaca, inaugurated the Tampico Exhibition and Convention Center to begin the XXIII National Brahman Cattle Exhibition. The event, which will take place from June 21 to 27, brings together producers from all over Mexico in an exhibition that highlights the diversity and quality of livestock from various entities.
Accompanied by Oswaldo Cházaro Montalvo, president of the National Confederation of Livestock Organizations (CNOG), the president toured the 45 modules of participating livestock farms. He highlighted the return of producers to the livestock sector and the importance of this event to reactivate and enrich regional ranches with species of high climatic resistance, contributing to the improvement in the quality of milk and meat.
The exhibition, which began on June 18, includes activities such as weighing, taking zoometric measurements, and dental examination.
